The British International School is able to provide transport solutions from your home to school and back again. Buses safely carry students from most residential areas in Abu Dhabi, and as we grow more routes will be added.
Safety is our upmost concern with all buses being fitted with seatbelts. A dedicated Bus Monitor will always be on the bus with your children to make sure they are seated with their seatbelts fastened. The Bus Monitor will also make sure students move to their classrooms on time and arrive safely home from the bus. Bus Monitors are all available for you to speak with at any time, should you have any concerns.
The drivers of the bus are all professional drivers with a minimum three years experience driving in the UAE and for your peace of mind are fully licensed and insured.
The cost of the bus service is AED 8000 per year for a round trip and AED 4000 one way only. Charges will be pro rata on a monthly basis. Invoices will be issued before the beginning of each term with payment required before term starts.
