 The British International School, Abu Dhabi, provides a high standard of education in English for children aged 3 to 18. The Curriculum is structured using the quality framework offered by the English National Curriculum and the international GCSE, which are adapted to include international best practice, meeting the needs of a diverse student body.
The school will open in phases between 2009 and 2011, with grades FS1 (age 3) – Yr 8 (age 13) opening in the first phase.

Children are taught in small classes (of no more than 18 in Early Years and no more than 22 in the other year groups) with the learning experience highly personalised to each child.
The British International School is set in a newly purpose-built facility in the heart of new downtown Abu Dhabi on the Abu Dhabi University campus. Our new purpose-built facilities provide a stimulating environment with well-equipped, bright, colourful and spacious classrooms.
